The company specializes in producing Acrylic and Fancy yarn in different Colors and counts.This yarn is used in kniting and weaving industry. 100 % Acrylic yarn dyed and undyed ,HB and REGULAR(Rx) from 18 Nm to 48 Nm single & double ply The company has an annual capacity of 5 400 tons for acrylic yarn, 2 600 tons for fancy yarns. We are already exporting our yarn into following countries; ENGLAND,FRANCE,SPAIN,POLAND,MAROCCA,ALGERIA,LEBANON, JORDAN and SYRIA. Each cone weight 1.5 kg aproximately, packed into a plastic bag for production. Each 18 cones are packed into one carton box weighting 30-31 kgs ,marked With colors name , colors reference and lot NO. The production process starts from Dyed tow ( AKSA,BAYER and MONTE FIBRE), By using the following machines; Stretch converter ,Intersection ( 4 Passages),Rub Frame, Ring Spinning ,Autoconer m/c with USTER POLYMATIC,Two for one Twisting m/c with Splicers,High bulking m/c with splicers.
